GLTD Program supports directors and employees who unfortunately suffer an illness or injury and are unable to work for a long term by compensating for their income in order to protect the livelihood of their family members including them.
This leave is granted for participation in community and volunteer activities. (2 days per year) Vena Energy encourages active community involvement.
To help you work with peace of mind, Vena Energy protects you and your family against risks. In case of injury or illness, this system allows employees to take leave in addition to their annual paid leave (5 days a year).

We have a monthly online project and business skills knowledge sharing session for all our offices around the world. Vena Energy is staffed by professionals in a variety of fields.
This is a program that supports new employees to become familiar with new roles and companies by having senior employees (Buddy) from the assigned department for three months after joining the company. It will help you to acquire knowledge and work skills.
We invite participants on an irregular basis and our employees give lessons as instructors. Please join us when you are informed of the recruitment of participants.
